1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the relationship between God Bless Studio, operating under the brand God Bless Studio ("God Bless Studio," "we," or "us"), and any individual ("User" or "you") who accesses or uses the website godbless.studio (the "Site").

1.2. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1.3. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site, and your continued use of the Site after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Subject Matter

2.1. God Bless Studio provides you with access to information about our studio, projects, and activities, and enables you to make voluntary donations in support of our work.

2.2. Donations are voluntary and gratuitous. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Site, donations do not entitle you to any goods, services, or intellectual property rights.

3. Donations

3.1. You may make a one-time or recurring donation through the payment services available on the Site.

3.2. All transactions are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details or payment credentials, and we are not responsible for the actions of payment providers.

3.3. A donation is considered completed upon actual receipt of funds by God Bless Studio. Payment provider fees may reduce the net amount received.

3.4. Donations are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or in the case of a verified technical error confirmed by the payment provider.

3.5. By making a donation, you confirm that you are of legal age, acting voluntarily and on your own behalf, legally competent, and that the funds are obtained lawfully.

4. User Obligations

4.1. You agree to:

  • provide accurate and truthful information when making a donation;
  • not use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • not engage in any conduct that may harm the Site, its infrastructure, or the reputation of God Bless Studio;
  • not reproduce or distribute Site content without our prior written consent.

4.2. You may cancel recurring donations at any time through the payment provider's interface or by contacting us directly.

5. Our Rights and Obligations

5.1. We commit to:

  • maintaining the Site's availability to the best of our technical capability;
  • directing donations toward the purposes stated on the Site;
  • reporting on the use of funds to the extent required by applicable law.

5.2. We reserve the right to temporarily restrict access to the Site for maintenance, updates, or in the event of force majeure circumstances.

5.3. We reserve the right to decline or refund a donation where there are reasonable grounds to believe it was made in violation of applicable law or this Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All materials on the Site � including texts, images, logos, audio and video content, and design � are the intellectual property of God Bless Studio or are used under licence.

6.2. Any use of Site materials without our prior written consent is prohibited, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Site and its content are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

7.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, God Bless Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

7.3. In any event, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of the donation in connection with which the dispute arose.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

8.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where God Bless Studio is registered.

8.2. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with applicable law.
